THE JOURNEY
A.Cherie’s in house custom wedding dress designer, Ashley, has many years of experience of working in the bridal industry and fashion industry. She has learned many design techniques that focus on making our made to order wedding dresses affordable. After attending fashion school, Ashley began her career working in bridal couture shops where she gained a wealth of knowledge about high end couture sewing techniques, intricate beading and embroidery. Her experience through out the fashion industry has molded her into who she is today, and has inspired her to launch her own custom bridal gown and alterations business. Our team is combined of experienced seamstresses, pattern makers, embroiders, dressmakers and designers who have extensive knowledge on construction, fit, design, and couture techniques.
In 2022, A.Cherie Couture launched their made to order wedding dress collection to offer a more unique process to clients searching online for their personalized wedding dresses! Clients around the world are able to make unique customizations to our ready made designs as well as provide their own custom measurements for a better fit.

A WORD FROM THE DESIGNER
“My whole life, I knew I had wanted to be a fashion designer. Growing up, the entrepreneur in me shined through at a very young age when I opened my first store in my parent’s house. I had so much fun “opening” my shop, and I knew that I would one day own my own businesses. Ever since I was a young girl, I would embroider all of my clothes by hand with sequins, ribbons, beads and whatever I could get my hands on! People would ask me how I could sit there for hours putting on each bead, one by one. But I truly enjoyed it and loved seeing the very boring product turn into something so unique and different. I later discovered my passion and future career path in college when I made my first evening gown. I enjoyed creating each layer of the gown where I learned about how important the structure was along with each stitch.
