Refund policy
We have a 3-day policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to contact us if there happens to be any issues. Please understand that all wedding dresses will need alterations to achieve the best fit. ALL CUSTOM ITEMS AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ARE NONE RETURNABLE. For none custom items that a client wants to return, the client is responsible for the return shipping and will be responsible for the shipping fees. Shipping fee to the client will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return on a non customized item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The refund will be processed once the item is received.Â

If your item is eligible for return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom items, made to measurement items, and custom bridal accessories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Final Sale.
