Our full wedding dress customization process is a much more client involved and hands on. At A.Cherie Couture, our clients are consulted by an A.Cherie dress designer every step of the design process from the initial sketch and concept, to the construction details of the design as well as the fabrication options that will ultimately fulfill the product of the client’s personalized custom dress design!

Steps Through The Custom Experience

STEP 1: DESIGN CONSULTATION
The first step of the A.Cherie custom design process the isdesign consultation. During the consultation, you will discuss your ideas, inspiration and what you are looking for with an A.Cherie Couture designer. We offer 2 types of design consultations, in person appointments at our showroom or virtual design consultations over zoom / or phone call. We use all forms of communication to connect with our clients around the world. Every woman deserves a special dress on her wedding day. STEP 2: PRICING
We can create something for every bride!
After your design consultation has been completed, A.Cherie will assess your design as a whole and provide you your production assessment. Our pricing category structure varies based on your own unique design, complexity, materials, and fabrics. We have provided categories to help the client get an idea of pricing for their own design. STEP 3: FABRICS AND MEASUREMENTS
You are involved every step of the way!
A. Cherie offers high-end fabrics from top fabric vendors, custom handmade beaded fabrics, and only the best laces from around the world. During this part of the process, we will discuss fabrics, source the right ones for your design, and provide you with the materials needed to create your dress. Each custom wedding gown is handmade, requiring hundreds of hours to complete depending on the design and complexity. Production times can vary anywhere between 3-9+ months. We provide 100% guidance when taking measurements by sending you our own detailed, easy to use custom measurement sheet. STEP 4: FITTINGS & ALTERATIONS
Try your dress on for the first time and be amazed!
In our experience, we’ve found that our brides need very minimal alterations, compared to the multiple fittings and alterations that off the rack gowns using standard sizing at boutiques require. We create our dresses to be easily altered by different seamstresses and tailors worldwide, saving our brides the extra expenses of traveling thousands of miles just to get their dream dress.
